We will call you the day before your pickup date with a 4-hour window as to when our drivers/movers will be arriving.

A Furniture Bank team member will contact you during business hours to review your submission and offer the next available pickup date in your area.
Your pickup is not scheduled until it has been confirmed by our staff.
