May 25th, 2011 - From all of us at Furniture Bank we would like to thank Kay Scheidt, Linda Chayka, and everyone from the Assistance League that helped make the Second Chance, Last Chance, and Last, Last Chance Sale a success. April 6, 2011 - The Furniture Bank thanks the Rotary Club of Pontiac for its generous $500 gift in support of our Pack’n’Play program, which provides at-risk mothers with a safe, yet portable, sleeping solution for their newborn children. March 30, 2011 - Birmingham-based Advanced Body Works is donating 10% of all revenue from its April Bowenwork sessions to the Furniture Bank. Bowenwork is a unique approach that stimulates the body's natural healing ability, helping people with acute pain, sports injuries, migraines and muscle strains. Click here to learn more.
March 8, 2011 - From all of us at Furniture Bank, we would thank everyone that came out and made the Women's Accessory Exchange such a success. We had 85 women attend, and raised $7,000. A good time was had by all, as these pictures show. Special thanks goes out to all of our sponsors. Without their help, this event would not have been possible. Thanks again!
